Office Hours: 8am-4pm Central Time, Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind we are primarily an online business, and there may be no one to answer your call. If that occurs, please leave a message and your call will be returned as quickly as possible.
Product Availability: We make every effort
to keep the store
updated with new and sold out items. Sometimes, however,
someone may place an order for an item that has sold out
minutes before. I apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause. Since the website is updated
frequently, please empty your cache before you start shopping
so that you may shop from the most recent version.
Our Return Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason it is necessary to return an item, it must be unworn with tags intact and returned
within 30 days for
a full refund or exchange. If an item is returned between 30-60 days, you will receive a Two Roads Fitness "store" credit at current pricing only. Returns older than 60 days cannot be accepted. Unless the item is incorrectly shipped or defective, the customer pays return shipping. For your protection consider using a carrier that provides tracking service or insure your returned package. We are not responsible if your returned package does not reach us. Please note that special orders are not refundable.
Paying by personal check or money order: Please follow the procedure outlined here:
1. Choose the items that you want to purchase by clicking
on the order button.
2. Go to the "checkout" and fill out the information
requested.
3. When you get to
"Choose a payment method", select
"Personal Check/Money Order". You will then not need to
complete any credit card information.
4. When all of the other information requested is complete, click the
"Send this order" button. We will automatically receive
your order.
5. Print a copy of the order for your records
and mail a check or money order for the final amount to:

6. We will mail your order after your check has cleared. If we do not receive your check within 7 days of placing your order, we'll send you a reminder. After 10 days, your order will be cancelled unless we hear from you otherwise.
Redeeming a Two Roads Fitness Gift Certificate? Please enter the gift certificate number in the coupon code at checkout, and it will be deducted from your total.
Sending a Two Roads Fitness Gift Certificate? We'll be glad to email a gift certificate or send a hard copy via mail. There is no charge for sending a gift certificate via First Class Mail, but will be a $19 extra charge if you want to send a hard copy via Express Mail. There is a space on the order form for the recipients's email address if you'd like to send a certificate in that manner.
Shipping: Our regular ground shipping uses USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending on weight (2-4 day delivery) within the
continental U.S., Territories, and Possessions. (Yoga mats are shipped by FedEx Ground due to their weight.
If you need your package quickly,
we will also ship USPS Express Mail (1-2 day delivery) for
an additional $19 charge or FedEx Standard Overnight for an additional $27 charge. FedEx Standard Overnight may be used ONLY for the lower 48 states, and delivery is the next BUSINESS day. We need a street address for FedEx (no PO Boxes please). You must sign for packages sent FedEx Overnight or Express Mail.
Delivery times are in the
hands of the Postal Service or FedEx, and may take longer than the specified time.
Shipping charges are as follows:
Orders up to ½ pound = $3.50 Shipping (First Class)
Orders from ½ pound to 1 pound = $5.50 Shipping (Priority Mail for all following)
Orders up to 2 pounds = $7.00 Shipping
Orders up to 3 pounds = $9.50 Shipping
Orders up to 4 pounds = $11.00Shipping
Orders up to 5 pounds = $12.00 Shipping
Orders up to 7 pounds = $14.50 Shipping
Orders over 7 pounds = $18.00 Shipping
If your order is received before 1 PM, Monday through Friday and the item is in stock, it will ship the same day. Orders received after 1PM on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. We'll be glad to include a gift card with your purchase-enter the appropriate information on the order form. Please indicate how you would like the card signed.
International Orders: USPS Priority Mail International is used to ship to Canada and Mexico for an additional $14 (6-10 average business day delivery). USPS Express Mail International to Canada and Mexico is an additional $21 (3-5 average business day delivery). We ship USPS Priority Mail International to other international destinations for an additional $20 (6-10 average business day delivery). For USPS Express Mail International a charge of $29 is added to your order total (3-5 average business day delivery). If you are not an established customer, we may require a faxed copy of your credit card, along with your signature and express authorization to charge that card for your purchase plus shipping. We reserve the right to make adjustments on
shipping charges overseas if they are substantially more
than the added surcharge.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added for purchases made by
Minnesota residents on non-apparel items only, at the rate
of 6.5%.
Your Privacy: Two Roads Fitness absolutely does not sell, share or trade your name, address, email address, buying information, or anything else about you with any other stores, catalogs, or individuals.
We will never send you unsolicited email. The Special of the Week, and Closeout Specials email lists are strictly opt-in, and you may opt-out at any time for any reason. Your name will not be added to any of these lists at any time without your permission. We do not purchase email lists for our use.
Our computers are protected by anti-virus software updated daily and a firewall.
