How much does shipping cost?
The majority of our packages are shipped with the US Postal Service via First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight. (Yoga mats, due to their weight, are shipped by FedEx Ground). Yoga mats are shipped to the lower 48 states only. All orders shipped via USPS have Delivery Confirmation. Shipping charges within the US, Territories, and Possessions are as follows:
Orders up to 1/2 pound = $3.50 Shipping (First Class)
Orders from 1/2 pound to 1 pound = $5.50 Shipping (Priority Mail for all following)
Orders up to 2 pounds = $7.00 Shipping
Orders up to 3 pounds = $9.50 Shipping
Orders up to 4 pounds = 11.00 Shipping
Orders up to 5 pounds = $12.00 Shipping
Orders up to 7 pounds = $14.50 Shipping
Orders over 7 pounds = $18.00 Shipping
If you would like your package quickly, we will ship Express Mail for an additional $19 (1-2 day delivery, signature required unless you tell us to waive it) or FedEx Standard Overnight for an additional $39. FedEx Standard Overnight requires a street address, and can be shipped to the lower 48 states only. Delivery is the next BUSINESS day.
How about International Shipping Charges?
USPS First Class/Priority Mail International to Canada and Mexico is an additional $14 (6-10 average business day delivery). USPS Express Mail International to Canada and Mexico is an additional $21 (3-5 average business day delivery). USPS Priority Mail International to other international destinations is an additional $20 (6-10 average business day delivery). USPS Express Mail International is an additional charge of $29 (3-5 average business day delivery). If the international rate is significantly less than this, we will adjust your charge downward. If the rate is significantly higher, we reserve the right to raise this to cover our costs. Of course, you will always be notified by email of any changes made to your shipping.
How long will it take to get my products?
We make every effort to ship your item on the same day if your order is placed before 1PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Generally, your order will be delivered to you within 3-4 business days after we mail it. Please keep in mind that there are factors out of our control, such as weather and heavy mail volume, which may increase your package transit time, and we apologize for any delay. Express Mail is a 1-2 day delivery time, and again, factors out of our control may increase this time. FedEx Overnight will be delivered on the next BUSINESS day-if you order on Friday before 1PM, it will be delivered on Monday.
What if one item will delay the entire order?
If you have a larger order and one item is going to cause any delay (say you order 3 of one item and we only have 2), we will ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment. If you prefer to wait for one shipment of all your products, let us know and we'll be glad to accommodate.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped.
Am I charged before my order ships?
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship. If your items are back-ordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship.
Our Return Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason it is necessary to return an item, it must be unworn with tags intact and returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. If an item is returned between 30-60 days, you will receive a Two Roads Fitness "store" credit at current pricing only. Returns older than 60 days cannot be accepted. Unless the item is incorrectly shipped or defective, the customer pays return shipping. For your protection consider using a carrier that provides tracking service or insure your returned package. We are not responsible if your returned package does not reach us. Please note that special orders are not refundable.
Gift Wrap:
We will gladly gift wrap your order. We take pride in creating unique, earth friendly wrapping and tags to insure you have a special presentation for your friends, family and loved ones. The cost is $7.95 per order. If you choose we will even hand write a gift message for you or you may choose to buy a card from our accessory page.
