How long do I have to make a return?
We request that you return an item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If an item is returned between 30-60 days, you will receive a Two Roads Fitness "store" credit at current pricing only. Returns older than 60 days cannot be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping? Unless the item is incorrectly shipped or defective, the customer pays return shipping. For your protection consider using a carrier that provides tracking service or insure your returned package. We are not responsible if your returned package does not reach us.
How do I return something?
Simply package your items up carefully and ship them back to us at the address on your packing slip. Please include either a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number so we can properly credit your account. It is helpful to us to know the reason for your return.
Are there are any restrictions or restocking charges?
All we ask is that you return the products in their original condition with their tags. We do not charge a restocking fee, but we are not able to refund shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
What if my order was defective or incorrectly shipped?
We apologize for any inconvenience due to a defective item or you received the wrong size or color. Please let us know immediately and we will get a correct one to you, including postage and an envelope addressed to Two Roads Fitness for your return. If you'd rather not keep the item and want a refund, we'll refund your shipping charges to send back the defective or incorrect item.
