Am I charged before my order ships? We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. If your items are backordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship. If there is a problem with the approval on your card, we will notify you immediately. Besides lack of funds, credit cards may decline for several reasons-you entered the expiration date incorrectly, you switched cards and the number you gave is inactive, or you just received a new card and haven't yet activated it. There may also be an error at your bank, so we'll let you know immediately via email if your card declines.

Do I have any other protection against fraud? Our store is hosted by Yahoo!, automatically covering you by the Yahoo! Buyer Protection Program. This provides up to $750 of fraud protection (not receiving a product or receiving a substantially different product than ordered).

What do you do with my personal information? All your personal information (credit card numbers, buying information, your name, email address, etc) stays HERE. We do not sell, share, trade or give away any information about you. If you write a glowing recommendation of a product, we'll contact you first for your permission before we post it with that product. Two Roads Fitness never has and never will profit from releasing your private information to a third party.
